4a. AI Monitoring & Report Data
AI Engine Queries. To monitor your AI visibility, we submit queries to third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) containing your business name, location, and industry category. These queries do not include personal user data. AI engine responses are stored to generate your visibility reports and track score history.
Generated Content & Reports. Content, schema markup, and reports generated by the Service are stored in your account and retained for as long as your account is active. This data is used to provide historical comparisons and trend analysis.
Platform Audit Data. When we scan third-party directories and platforms for NAP consistency, the results (including any discrepancies found) are stored in your account to power issue tracking and fix recommendations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
